Algunas conclusiones de la investigación, “Sobre la causalidad subjetiva en una situación de urgencia social”, realizada sobre la población consultante al equipo de atención psicológica de la Cátedra de Clínica de Adultos I del “Programa Avellaneda”. Interroga las posibilidades de concretar un psicoanálisis lacaniano en sujetos que presentan condiciones de precariedad social y psíquica. Los sujetos que consultan padecen de: exclusión del sistema laboral, cultural y social, desamparo de los vínculos familiares y de las coordenadas simbólicas. Diferentes modalidades de presentación: pacientes arrasados por la angustia automática, o al contrario sin visos de angustia, Sujetos que no presentan un síntoma clásico, sino un goce silencioso, desconectado de toda suposición de saber, con cierta posición de rechazo al inconciente. Se presentan más del lado del acting out o del pasaje al acto, como forma desesperada de hacerse un lugar en el Otro. Nos confrontan a la dificultad diagnóstica: ¿Cambio de ropaje de la envoltura formal del síntoma? ¿O modificación de la estructura? ¿El síntoma en estas condiciones, es factible de una operación analítica? Abstract THE PSYCHOANALYST BEFORE THE SOCIAL ABANDONMENT Some conclusions of the investigation, “On the subjective causality in a situation of social urgency”, I, realized on the population consultant to the equipment(team) of the ChairAdults I psychological attention of “the Avellaneda Program” It interrogates the possibilities of making concrete a lacanian psychoanalysis in subjects that present conditions of social and psychic precariousness. People who consult suffer of: exclusion of the labour, cultural and social system, abandonment of the familiar links and of the symbolic coordinates. Different modalities of presentation: patients devastated by the automatic anguish, or on the contrary without a sight of anguish. Subjects do not present a classic symptom, but a silent enjoyment disconnected of any supposition of knowledge, with certain position of rejection to the unconsciousness. They present more of the side of the acting out or of the passage to the act, as a desperate way of making a place in the Other. We confront with the diagnostic difficulty: Is it a change of the formal wrapper of the symptom? Or modification of the structure? Is symptom in these conditions, feasible of an analytical operation?
