La angustia ocupa un lugar central en las concepciones freudianas de la neurosis y, por ende, también en la clínica que nos ocupa. “Aislarla” como un afecto crucial y separarla de las ideas organicistas de la época, tuvo y tiene que ver con la operación del psicoanálisis. Entre otras cosas, con otorgar su justo lugar a la responsabilidad subjetiva. Lacan ubica al fantasma como el velo, marco de la angustia. O sea, el objeto a -resto, residuo- encuentra su lugar en la ficción, fórmula, del fantasma. Pero el “telón” se puede descorrer, y la angustia está ahí. El objetivo del presente trabajo es abordar la idea del marco fantasmático de la angustia y su forma de “aparición” utilizando una ficción particular del campo de la pintura: el cuadro “El Angelus” de Millet, a partir de las ideas de Salvador Dalí en su libro “El mito trágico de El Angelus de Millet”. Palabras Clave Angustia Fantasma Objeto a Abstract THE OBJECT PETIT A AND THE PHANTASM : “THE ANGELUS” OF MILLET Anguish occupies a central place in Freud’s conception of neuroses and, consequently, also in our clinical work. “Isolating” anguish as a crucial emotion and separating it from the organic ideologies of Freud’s time had and has to do with the operation of psychoanalysis. It also fundamentally relates with the need of positioning subjective responsibility in its proper place. Lacan places the phantasm as a veil, frame of anguish. In other words the object petit a - rest, residue - finds its place in the fiction, formula, of the phantasm. But the drop curtain could be disclosed and the anguish is there.
