En Freud, la relación del sujeto con la droga se presenta como una adicción secundaria y sustitutiva en tanto la adicción primordial sería la masturbación. Freud divide el acto masturbatorio en dos: el acto mecánico o “puro autoerotismo" y la fantasía, lo cual implica una soldadura o fusión de las partes. Esto muestra que el sujeto puede excitarse por la vía del representante, en el caso masculino este mueve al cuerpo al lograr una erección. Pero Freud se ve en la necesidad de ubicar un momento anterior, donde encontramos puro tocamiento sin connotación del representante o de la fantasía. La idea de Freud es que para que haya síntoma hay que dar un paso más y dejar la masturbación. Esto ubica estructuralmente en dos espacios diferentes a la masturbación y el síntoma. Finalmente si la adicción es un sustituto de un puro autoerotismo sin sentido alguno, se contrapone al síntoma freudiano en tanto es pasible de interpretación y ya implica una tramitación de la toxicidad propia del autoerotismo. Esto da una orientación en los tratamientos con este tipo de patologías que conserva una relación directa con una satisfacción autoerótica. Palabras Clave Adicción. Masturbación primordial. Puro autoerotismo. Abstract THERAPY AND ADDICTIONS IN FREUD In Freud, the relationship between the subject and the drug is secondary and subtitutive becuase the primary addiction is the masturbation. Freud divides the masturbation act in two parts: the mecanical act or pure autoerotism and the fantasy, those parts complete a fusion. It shows that the subject can exite it self by thougths. The representative moves the body and produce an erection. But Freud finds a moment after, where there were touching without representative connotation or fantasy. Freud’s idea is that, to exists the symptom, it is necessary to move on and stop masturbation. This question place in two different spaces the masturbation and the symptom. Finaly, if addiction is a substitute of the pure autoerotism without sens, it is opposed to the Freud’s symptom, that could be interpreted, and that shows a procedure of the toxicity of the autoerotism. All this ideas are an orientation in the treatments of this kind of pathologies in straight connection with an autoerotic satisfaction. Key words Addiction. Primary masturbation.
