En la consulta psicológica por niños, el abordaje psicoterapéutico psicoanalítico de grupos paralelos de padres y de hijos desarrollado por Torras de Bèa (1996) posibilita trabajar a fondo las fantasías inconscientes estructurantes del psiquismo, instaladas en la dinámica relacional intersubjetiva, Por la complejidad de la consulta, para a sostener esta modalidad terapéutica es necesario desarrollar un trabajo diagnóstico a nivel individual, previo a la conformación de los grupos. Por ello, en este artículo nos centraremos en: la presentación y fundamentos de la Entrevista para Padres (Toranzo 2000), su administración, y análisis; podrá verse cómo aprovechamos los aspectos terapéuticos del diagnóstico, teniendo como eje el proceso transferencial. Mostraremos cómo las fantasías inconscientes que aparecen en la relación aquí - ahora con el terapeuta, forman parte de la relación madre - hijo y de la transmisión transgeneracional de aspectos sanos y enfermos. In consultation surgery about kids, the psychoanalytic and psychotherapeutic approach for parallels groups of parents and sons, developed by Torras de Beà (1996), results beneficial because makes possible to work deeper the unconscious fantasies installing in the dynamic intersubjective relational. Because of the complex of the surgery we consider that to arrive to support this therapeutic form is necessary to develop a peculiar diagnostic work in an individual level, before to the conformation of both groups, with a double intention: - choose the patients who could be benefit with this frame, and - gave a place where the configuration of the therapeutic alliance begin. Attended to the exposed, in this article we are going to centre in: the presentation and basis from Interview for parents (Toranzo 2000), laying stress in the form of the administration, and in the analysis of the clinical material. This work sh ow us how we make the therapeutic diagnostic angles, having as analysis axis the transferential process in the individual and groupal way. We show how the unconscious fantasies which appear in the relationship here - now with the therapeut, takes part of the relationship mother - son and the transmition transgenerational for healthy and sick aspects.
