El presente trabajo se enmarca en el Proyecto de Investigación (UBACyT Código 20020090200148): Cuestiones éticas de la Psicología en el ámbito jurídico y otros contextos institucionales. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo en base a una investigación cuali-cuantitativa. Se propone reflexionar respecto de los puntos de encuentro y desencuentro que se producen en el entrecruzamiento de discursos y prácticas concretas en ámbitos institucionales en los que el psicólogo despliega su quehacer. El escrito interroga la posición del clínico frente a estas variables y sistemas de funcionamiento del campo normativo, considerando que es en su lectura y en su hacer en situación, donde se ubica la concepción ética que el mismo sostiene respecto de su función profesional. La tendencia a la naturalización y burocratización de las prácticas en contextos institucionales será puesta en consideración a la luz de la concepción de dispositivo que sostiene el discurso del psicoanálisis. CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT THE INSTITUTIONAL ASPECT OF A PRACTICE This paper is part of the work carried out within the research project (UBACyT Coding 20020090200148): Ethical issues of Psychology in the legal scope and other institutional contexts. Descriptive exploratory study on the basis of a cuali-quantitative investigation. The purpose is to think about the points of meeting and misunderstanding that take place in the discourse interweaving and concrete practices in institutional areas in which the psychologists develop their practice. This article interrogates the clinical position of the psychologists confronted with these variables and systems of functioning of the normative field, considering that it is in its reading and in its “to-do-in-situation” where the ethical conception that the psychologist considers about his professional function takes place. The trend to the naturalization and the bureaucratization of the practices in institutional contexts will be put in consideration in the light of the conception of device that supports the discourse of the psychoanalysis.
