Desde distintos discursos se privilegia el juego en los niños, entre ellas la educación, la pedagogía, la sociología, la psicología, la pediatría y el psicoanálisis. Este trabajo realizará un breve recorrido sobre diversas elaboraciones acerca del juego, aportando reflexiones acerca de su función en el psicoanálisis con niños, orientado a partir del interrogante: ¿Cuál es el valor del juego en el análisis con niños? Para tales efectos, se estudiarán las elaboraciones de Roger Caillois, sociólogo y escritor, citado por Lacan, que propone que si bien el juego no produce bienes, es fecundo en otra dimensión, porque le permite al niño confrontar con dificultades al mismo tiempo que no deja de serle placentero. En el campo del psicoanálisis, se citarán el juego infantil del fort-da, el juego de imitación y el juego como escenificación. Estos serán analizados a la luz de los aportes kleinianos, lacanianos y de otros autores , para establecer el estatuto del juego en el psicoanálisis con niños. Resulta de este recorrido diversas posiciones teóricas, algunas encontradas, mas la propuesta será intentar sostener el debate, y estimar cualitativamente los diversos valores del juego en cada tratamiento. DIVERSITY OF POSITIONS Child’s play is privileged from different discourses such as education, pedagogy, sociology, psychology, pediatrics and psychoanalysis. This paper will carry out a concise review of varied productions on the subject and will provide reflections about the function of playing in psychoanalysis, guided by the question: What is the value of playing in child psychoanalysis? To that purpose, the production of Roger Caillois, sociologist and writer, mentioned by Lacan who proposes that although playing does not produce goods, it is fertile in other dimensions because playing allows children facing difficulties at the same time it continues being a pleasant to them. In the psychoanalysis field, the fortda infantile game, imitation game and playing in the function of dramatization will be analyzed in the light of the contributions made by Klein, Lacan and other authors to establish the statue of playing in child psychoanalysis. The result of this review presents diverse theoretical positions, some in conflict with each other, however, the proposal is to try to keep debate up, and qualitatively estimate the different values of playing in each treatment.
