La ley 26.618 conocida como Ley de Matrimonio Igualitario habilita a una pareja conformada por dos personas del mismo sexo a unirse en matrimonio y de esta manera poder adoptar. Esta “nueva” forma de parentalidad, que en sí no es tan nueva solo que ahora se ve explicitada y regulada por el Estado, implica una especificidad que nos hace repreguntarnos por la conformación del aparato psíquico y el espacio en el que el yo debe advenir. ¿Existen efectos específicos en la subjetividad de los hijos de parejas homoparentales? ¿Qué sucede con el Complejo de Edipo? ¿El plantear estas preguntas se convierten en una acto discriminatorio en tanto se esta generando una diferencia donde no la hay? Estos interrogantes serán el eje de este trabajo, que tomará como herramienta principal de análisis al psicoanálisis en sus diferentes corrientes. Palabras clave Homoparentalidad, Adopción, Vincularidad, Familia Abstract SPECIFICITIES IN ADOPTION BY HOMOPARENTAL COUPLES 26,618 law known as Equal Marriage Act enables a couple formed by two persons of the same sex to enter into marriage and thus to adopt. This “new” way of parenting, which in itself is not that new only is now explicit and regulated by the state, implies a specificity that raises questions about the formation of the psyche and the space in which the self should come. Are there specific effects on the subjectivity of the children of homoparental couples? What happens to the Oedipus Complex? Does raising these questions become a discriminatory act making a difference where there is none? These questions will be the focus of this work, which will take as the main tool of analysis psychoanalysis in its various forms.
