El trabajo de duelo, ante la pérdida del objeto de amor en el lugar del Ideal, se despliega en el campo del narcisismo mostrando que no hay preexistencia del objeto inscripto como perdido (el rehallazgo de objeto sólo permite considerarlo perdido como su consecuencia) ni garantías al modo de un funcionamiento típico del aparato psíquico respecto de su posibilidad. Cada duelo es una exigencia de inscripción de la pérdida a partir de una desaparición en el campo imaginario que opera como privación real, llamando al significante para su inscripción como imposible. A la altura del Seminario 6 sobre El deseo y su interpretación Lacan, en su versión de Hamlet, formula el drama del duelo por el falo y el advenimiento del sujeto deseante. El objetivo del trabajo es revisar desde las formulaciones freudianas y lacanianas el modo en que el trabajo del duelo permite ir de la falta de objeto al objeto que falta, de la privación y la constitución del objeto en el fantasma al objeto causa del deseo. Falo simbólico y objeto a: entre ambos términos se juega lo que Lacan ha llamado función del duelo en medio de los escollos del narcisismo y los agujeros. The objective of the work is to review from the Freudian and Lacanian formulations the way in which the work of mourning allows to go from the lack of object to the object that is lacking, from the deprivation and constitution of the object in the ghost to the object cause of desire.
