En el marco del Proyecto de investigación comenzado en 2015 en la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, titulado “Modalidades contemporáneas de la sexualidad humana. Desarrollos en Psicoanálisis”, nos proponemos formalizar algunas cuestiones del trabajo que venimos realizando con el equipo de Atención integral a personas trans del Hospital Gutiérrez de La Plata. Nos orienta una frase de Lacan, correspondiente a “La significación del falo”: “Sólo sobre la base de hechos clínicos puede ser fecunda la discusión”. Tomamos entonces algunas preguntas clínicas, en relación a lo trans: ¿Cómo ubicar un sujeto mas allá del diagnostico? ¿Por qué parece difícil que las personas trans encuentren un espacio de escucha analítico? ¿Qué lugar para el psicoanálisis, o para quien se nombre analista? ¿Cómo pensar la “auto” percepción en juego? Un recorte clínico nos interroga, donde un sujeto vacila en cambiar de sexo y parece emerger otra manera posible de tocar el cuerpo. Un movimiento que no siempre resulta posible. Concluimos el trabajo subrayando la importancia de escuchar la diversidad sexual causados por la clínica de lo singular, sin apresurarse en categorías diagnosticas que no propicien el despliegue del sujeto, consideraciones que abren la pregunta del lugar del analista frente a lo trans. Palabras clave Trans, Psicoanálisis, Clínica, Sujeto ABSTRACT SOME CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT THE CLINIC OF TRANS PEOPLE In the context of the research project begun in 2015 at the National University of La Plata, titled “Contemporary modalities of human sexuality. Developments in Psychoanalysis”, we intend to formalize some aspects of the work that we have been doing with the team of Integral attention to trans people from the Hospital Gutiérrez of La Plata. We consider some clinical questions, regarding the trans subject: How to locate a subject beyond the diagnostic? Why does it seem difficult for trans people to find an psychoanalytical listening space? What’s the place for the psychoanalysis, or for who calls himself an psychoanalyst? How to think the “self” perception in stake? A clinical extract interpellates us, concerning a subject’s hesitation about a sex change and seems to appear another possible way to intervene the body. Something that’s not always possible. We conclude the work by stressing the importance of listening to sexual diversity guided by the clinic of the singularity, without rushing into diagnostic categories that do not favorize the emmerging of the subject, considerations that open the question of the place of the psychoanalyst regarding the trans subject.
