Se presenta el informe de avance de la investigación. En este primer año, se trabajó en la organización y revisión de las hipótesis de inicio, y en su reformulación. El trabajo se centró en la relación entre las prácticas psicológicas profesionales, los contextos de encierro carcelarios y el poder Judicial. Considerando que las buenas prácticas de profesionales de la Salud son desde una perspectiva de Derechos, garantía protección de los mismos y las falencias en ellas por consiguiente, representan vulneraciones al Derechos a la Salud y a la Salud mental en particular. Luego, cabe reflexionar sobre el estatuto de estas deformaciones. De esta temática se desprende que el psicólogo tiene, por formación, por hábitos y costumbres y por la lógica propia del contexto institucional carcelario donde se desempeña y/ó la lógica del poder judicial con el que convive, grandes dificultades en definir su rol, en lo que hace a su participación como profesional /trabajador de la salud, es decir, la tarea que lo diferencia de un perito forense, o auxiliar de justicia. Se presentan algunos de los ejes trabajados. In this first year, we worked on the organization and revision of the hypotheses of initiation, and its reformulation.
