El presente trabajo se incluye en el marco de la investigación “Las afecciones narcisistas no psicóticas” del Programa de Fomento a la Investigación de la Facultad de Psicología de la UBA (PROINPSI Res. CD N 902/11). El término afecciones narcisistas es utilizado por Freud estableciendo una diferencia con las grandes psicosis. El estudio de la constitución de la estructura en las neurosis graves, evidenció un déficit en la constitución temprana. La hipótesis principal es que estas afecciones no se producen en torno a la forclusión del Nombre del Padre sino que se producen en relación al rechazo de la castración. Este rechazo se articula con el lugar del falo en la estructura. Niños invadidos por un exceso de goce fálico, un goce que no se distribuye a menos que se produzca la separación del cuerpo de la madre. Los niños padecen de rechazo de la castración sin ser psicóticos aunque pueden ser confundidos con autismo y/o psicosis infantiles. A partir de un caso clínico abordaremos el déficit en la constitución subjetiva durante la infancia donde el “rechazo parental” no se borra aún cuando el sujeto sea aceptado tardíamente. INTERVENTIONS CHILDHOOD This work is part of a larger research Project entitled “The nonpsychotic Narcisistic affections”, carried on under the Program for the Promotion of Research at the School of Psychology of the University of Buenos Aires (PROINPSI Res. CD N 902/11). Freud uses the term Narcisistic affections for establishing a difference with severe psychoses. The study of the constitutional structure of severe neurosis evidenced a deficit in early constitution. The main hypothesis is that these affections are not produced around the forclosure of the Name of the Father, but in relation with the rejection of castration. This rejection is articulated with the place of the phallus in the structure. Children invaded by an excess of phallic enjoyment- -an enjoyment that is not distributed unless the separation from the mother´s body takes place. Children suffer from rejection to castration without being psychotic, although they may be confused as autistics or infant psychotics. On the basis of a clinical case,we will discuss the deficit in the subjective constitution during childhood, where “parental rejection” is not erased even when the subject is accepted belatedly.
