El presente trabajo se desprende de la beca doctoral UBACyT titulada El estereotipo de “pibe chorro”: subjetividad y circularidad, asentada en el UBACyT programación 2016 Factores que inciden en la circularidad de los jóvenes alojados en los dispositivos penales juveniles:lo individual,lo grupal,lo institucional.Dicha investigación marco tiene por objetivo central determinar los factores históricopolíticos, culturales y libidinales que inciden en la circularidad, en términos de reingreso en y entre los dispositivos penales juveniles, de los jóvenes infractores a la ley penal. En este caso, se llevará a cabo el ejercicio de incluir al estereotipo de “Pibe Chorro” de la actualidad, en lo que sería una nueva edición de “El Atlas Criminal de Lombroso”. Su autor buscaba en los individuos lo que él llamaba los estigmas de la criminalidad, los cuales indicaban que su portador era un resurgimiento del hombre salvaje primitivo. El objetivo de introducir al “Pibe Chorro” como nueva figura es reflejar cómo algunas ramas de la criminología no han logrado avanzar demasiado desde la publicación de este Atlas en el año 1895, demostrando la vigencia de estas lógicas como factor histórico-político cultural que incide en la circularidad de los jóvenes por el sistema penal juvenil. Palabras clave Pibe Chorro - Estereotipo - Criminología - Circularidad ABSTRACT THE “THIEF KID”: NEW FIGURE OF THE ANCIENT LOMBROSIAN ATLAS The present work is derived from the UBACyT doctoral grant entitled The “thief kid” stereotype: subjectivity and circularity, settled in the UBACyT 2016 programming Factors that affect the circularity of young people housed in juvenile criminal devices: the individual, the group, the institutional. The central objective of this framework research is to determine the historical-political, cultural and libidinal factors that affect circularity, in terms of re-entry into and between juvenile criminal devices, of young offenders to the criminal law. In this case, the exercise of including the current “thief kid” stereotype will be carried out, in what would be a new edition of “The Criminal Atlas of Lombroso”. Its author sought in individuals what he called the stigmata of criminality, which indicated that its carrier was a resurgence of primitive savage man.The aim of introducing the “thief kid” as a new figure is to reflect how some branches of criminology have not made much progress since the publication of this Atlas in the year 1895, demonstrating the validity of these logics as a cultural-historical factor that influences in the circularity of young people by the juvenile penal system.
