El management se presenta como una disciplina innovadora y modernizadora. Sin embargo, surge a principios del siglo pasado con Fayol y Taylor como sus referentes fundadores. La disciplina de la gestión y la administración verá su auge en la posguerra con Peter Drucker, y continuará ocupando hasta la actualidad un sitial de vanguardia en el imaginario social. Esta presentación consiste en un enfoque crítico del management desde el marco teórico del Institucionalismo, especialmente desde los desarrollos del Socioanálisis, los recorridos de Bleger, Ulloa, Malfé, Volnovich y Baremblitt, así como de las teorizaciones esquizoanalíticas de Deleuze y Guattari. Se apelará al método genealógico de Foucault para dar cuenta de las condiciones histórico-sociales que posibilitaron el surgimiento del management como disciplina privilegiada para la comprensión y el abordaje de las estructuras organizacionales. Esta genealogía dará lugar a la presentación de la noción de managerismo, una producción de subjetividad que desborda tanto la práctica del management como a sus agentes. El managerismo da cuenta de una forma de vida contemporánea solidaria con el auge de las tecnologías del Yo, funcional a su vez con la fase neoliberal del capitalismo. El Institucionalismo como apuesta de subjetivación instituyente y colectiva se encuentra pues, en riesgo. A GENEALOGY FROM INSTITUTIONALISM Management is presented as an innovative and modernizing discipline. However, it emerged at the beginning of the last century with Fayol and Taylor as its founding references. The discipline of management and administration will see its peak in the post-war with Peter Drucker, and will continue to occupy a vanguard place in the social imaginary to this day. This presentation consists of a critical approach to management from the theoretical framework of Institutionalism, especially from the developments of Socioanalysis, the paths of Bleger, Ulloa, Malfé, Volnovich and Baremblitt, as well as the schizoanalytic theorizations of Deleuze and Guattari. Foucault’s genealogical method will be used to account for the socio-historical conditions that made possible the emergence of management as a privileged discipline for the understanding and approach of organizational structures. This genealogy will give rise to the presentation of the notion of managerism, a production of subjectivity that goes beyond both the practice of management and its agents. The managerism accounts for a contemporary lifeform in solidarity with the rise of the technologies of the ego, functional in turn with the neoliberal phase of capitalism.
