The works have been selected with the criteria of ensuring that the sociologist develops skills to become not only an analyst or diagnostician of organizations, but also has the ability to improve them, in relation to social demands and the benefit of its members. We propose an approach that goes beyond mere diagnosis, so developed in the conventional training of the sociologist, but that, in an operational and transformative approach, turns it into an engine of organizational change.
