Se propone en el presente trabajo un recorrido retroactivo del texto “De una cuestión preliminar a todo tratamiento posible de la Psicosis” de Lacan a partir de la conceptualización posterior del Sinthome. Se procurará extraer una lógica que nos remita al valor del síntoma para la construcción del Sinthome partiendo de la clínica de la psicosis pero generalizable al psicoanalísis en general. De acuerdo a la lectura realizada, es ineludible la referencia al síntoma como elemento fundamental de construcción posible, así como también elemento crucial del trabajo clínico. Creemos que esta es una consecuencia más de leer la afirmación lacaniana de que en el punto del error viene a constituirse, a veces, el sinthome. Se propone un retorno a los textos tempranos como un modo de iluminar el saber-hacer de la clínica del psicoanálisis. Se procurará en el mismo trazar un recorrido que podríamos enunciar como “Del síntoma al Sinthome” rastreando en la bibliografía mencionada las articulaciones posibles entre los conceptos correspondientes de la época temprana a la luz de las articulaciones posteriores a partir de los seminarios RSI y el Sinthome. Palabras Clave Síntoma, Sinthome, Psicosis, Estructura Abstract THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SYMPTOM IN PSYCHOSIS CLINIC The goal of this paper is to make a retrospective tour of the Lacan text “On a question prior to any possible Treatment of Psychosis” from the Sinthome concept. We intend to extract a logic of the value of the symptom for the “Sinthome” construction basis on the spychosis clinical but able to be widespread to psychoanalysis in general.According to the reading done, it is inevitable the symptom reference as a fundamental element of possible “Sinthome” construction, as well as crucial element of clinical work. We believe this is another consequence of reading the Lacanian claim that, at the point of error, at times, the sinthome can advent. We propose a return to the early texts as a way of illuminating the know-how of clinical psychoanalysis. Efforts will be made on one way that could be stated as “From the symptom to the Sinthome” mentioned in the literature, tracing the possible articulations between the corresponding concepts of the early time in the light of subsequent seminars from RSI and The Sinthome .
