El presente trabajo se enmarca en el Proyecto de Investigación UBACyT (2014-2017) “Articulación de las conceptualizaciones de J. Lacan sobre la libertad con los conceptos fundamentales que estructuran la dirección de la cura: interpretación, transferencia, posición del analista, asociación libre y acto analítico. Director Pablo Muñoz.” Libertad y cura analítica nos permite interrogar la libertad en el dispositivo analítico. Partimos de las paradojas del concepto de libertad en psicoanálisis, que no entendemos en términos de oposición al determinismo, sino más bien en sentido dialéctico. El sujeto no es libre ni deviene libre, tampoco consideramos a la libertad como un ideal a alcanzar, sino que entendemos que la libertad le es impuesta al sujeto por el Otro. La libertad entonces es una elección forzada en un acto de palabra. Situamos la puesta en juego de la libertad en psicoanálisis en la interpelación que proviene del Otro, interpelación que no surge de los enunciados, ni del saber del Otro, sino de la enunciación. La respuesta sujeto traducirá estas imposibilidades del Otro, que Freud ubica a partir de la sexualidad y la muerte. La puesta en acto de la libertad conlleva inevitablemente a la angustia como correlato subjetivo e interviene en su constitución. Director Pablo Muñoz.” Freedom and analytical cure allows us to interrogate the analyst freedom in its position in the direction of cure We start from freedom concept paradoxes in psychoanalysis, which we do not understand in terms of opposition to determinism, but rather on dialectical sense. In other words, we hold that the subject is not free or becomes free, nor consider freedom as an ideal to be achieved, but we understand that freedom is forced on the subject by the Other. Freedom is then a forced choice, which is made in a speech act. That is why we place the stakes of freedom in psychoanalysis in responding subject, response to the interpellation of the Other. What challenges are not the statements, not the knowledge of the Other, but the enunciation, the event that any statement or catch any knowing fully achieved, and the response of the subject translate these impossibilities: sexuality and death. So the act of freedom entails angst as subjective correlate. Key words Freedom, Analyst position, Knowledge, Truth
