Resumen
Consisting of an ethical-legal process of collective deliberation, which is necessary for expression of the General Will as a historical-cultural phenomenon is the immanence condition that characterizes a dynamic dialectical movement that demands a social-economic formation that enables emergency values and practices, conducts and behaviors, needs and goals, and is based upon the common interest, to match him, converging to a form of self-determination that keeps possibility to promote overcoming the alienation of human capabilities in the context of socio-productive relations, namely, self-management. This social experience of collective self-determination, as noted in the article, involves both the political sphere and the economic sphere (work) and ends the notion that implies from the substantial equality (concrete) to the effective political participation, overlapping the marketing bias current economic and social organization and bureaucratic structure embodied by the state in the capitalist system.
