El campo semántico de la perversión puede sintetizarse en dos grandes aspectos, uno de ellos en la sexualidad perversa polimorfa y una verleugnung normal. El otro, es inaugurado por el mecanismo patológico de la verleugnung, aunque se vio vinculado a la psicosis como desmentida de la realidad, esta desmentida patológica, se postula como un mecanismo actuante sobre el falo materno,es decir, sobre el símbolo del falo.Aquí el paradigma es el fetichismo. Lacan,inicia sus estudios sobre la perversión teniendo como premisa estos conceptos freudianos, valorizando su interés en la estructura subjetiva, más que en la búsqueda de un mecanismo. En este primer momento la perversión ejemplar es el fetichismo; posteriormente, bajo la impronta del heideggerismo, al hablar de posición subjetiva del ser,postulará la perversión como una posición del sujeto,la de ser un instrumento de goce del Otro, un cruzado, un heraldo al servicio del dios oscuro. El deseo, se transforma en una voluntad, en la cual el fantasma hace al placer apto al deseo,es decir que el sujeto sustituye el objeto al Otro , se hace instrumento de goce del Otro, imagina ser Otro para asegurarse, o procurarse su supuesto goce. Abstract THE DIAGNOSIS OF PERVERSION The semantic field of perversion can be summarized into two aspects, one on the perverse sexuality perverse, this is a regular Verleugnung.
