Resumen
This work seeks to relate problematic aspects of today's society such as citizen concerns about global warming, the growth of deforestation, the increase of the world population, fuel consumption, diseases and viruses, the climate crisis, in the middle of a culture of hyper consumption, the catastrophe of public health and the aspiration of a new communicational order that mitigates the differences between the different actors and the development of a public Internet. The COVID-19 crisis has demonstrated the relevance of the so-called public service media. Communication is a right and also a service. Audiences have often turned to the public service media for trusted sources of objective and unbiased, high-quality educational materials for homeschooling and entertainment.
