Resumen
This work addresses the dynamics of changes in education in San Luis, its consequence of exclusion, segmentation and inequality in the framework of the discourses of innovation that have emerged from the Government of San Luis and at the same time examines the main socio-economic mobilizing factors. of the province of San Luis present in the government management, some of which show fatigue and restrictions over thirty-nine years.
