EFICACIA CLÍNICA DE LA INTERPRETACIÓN DE LA TRANSFERENCIA: UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DE LA LITERATURA TÉCNICA ACTUAL RESUMEN El presente informe técnico ofrece una revisión sistemática y exhaustiva de la literatura científica que valida el constructo psicoanalítico de la transferencia. A través de la integración de hallazgos provenientes de la psicología social-cognitiva, la neurociencia de sistemas y la neurociencia computacional, se demuestra que la transferencia constituye un mecanismo cognitivo y neurobiológico fundamental, y no meramente una especulación clínica. Se analizan los modelos de mapas cognitivos en el hipocampo, el paradigma del Yo Relacional y el marco reciente de la Inferencia Intersubjetiva Activa (AISI) de 2025. Finalmente, se examina la eficacia clínica de la interpretación de la transferencia y su compleja correlación con la alianza terapéutica. Through the integration of findings from social-cognitive psychology, systems neuroscience, and computational neuroscience, it is demonstrated that transference constitutes a fundamental cognitive and neurobiological mechanism, rather than mere clinical speculation. The report analyzes models of cognitive maps in the hippocampus, the Relational Self paradigm, and the recent framework of Active Intersubjective Inference (AISI) from 2025. Finally, the clinical efficacy of transference interpretation and its complex correlation with the therapeutic alliance are examined.
