Este artículo se deriva de una investigación más amplia realizada en el marco de la tesis doctoral en Psicología en la cual se estudiaron las conceptualizaciones sobre la constitución y características del ideal del yo y superyó femeninos en la obra de Freud, realizando una revisión crítica desde el psicoanálisis con perspectiva de género. El objetivo de esta comunicación es analizar el modo en que la producción de subjetividad se articula con la constitución del psiquismo a través de la instancia del ideal del yo. Se interpela acerca del valor teórico-clínico de una metapsicología con esta perspectiva. Las identificaciones de género inscriptas en el ideal del yo son portadoras de mandatos patriarcales que implican un despliegue de violencia simbólica y psíquica, en tanto oprimen desde el interior. Se considera que revalorizar el ideal del yo como instancia psíquica (Freud, 1914) constituye una vía que permite visibilizar y comprender de modo más amplio la manera en la que se articula la producción de subjetividad característica de un momento socio-histórico, con la constitución del psiquismo. Esta mirada incluye el espectro de aspiraciones y metas impuestas por una cultura determinada, que el yo buscará alcanzar. Posibilita leer los malestares subjetivos en clave de género y contextualmente situados. Palabras clave Psicoanálisis - Género - Subjetividad - Ideal del yo ABSTRACT SOME REFLECTIONS ON THE ARTICULATION BETWEEN THE PRODUCTION OF SUBJECTIVITY AND THE IDEAL OF THE SELF This article is derived from a broader investigation carried out within the framework of the doctoral thesis in Psychology in which the conceptualizations about the constitution and characteristics of the ideal of the feminine ego and superego in Freud’s work were studied, making a critical review from the psychoanalysis with a gender perspective. The objective of this communication is to analyze the way in which the production of subjectivity is articulated with the constitution of the psyche through the instance of the ego ideal. The theoretical-clinical value of a metapsychology is questioned from this perspective. Gender identifications inscribed in the ideal of the self are bearers of patriarchal mandates that imply a display of symbolic and psychic violence, as they oppress from the inside. It is considered that revaluing the ideal of the ego as a psychic instance (Freud, 1914) constitutes a way that makes it possible to make visible and understand in a broader way the way in which the production of subjectivity characteristic of a socio-historical moment is articulated, with the constitution of the psyche.
