En las últimas décadas informes periodísticos registran el aumento de situaciones violentas que involucran a adolescentes y a menudo conllevan la muerte de alguno de sus protagonistas, jóvenes que resultan víctimas o victimarios en estos eventos. Durante el mismo período se incrementaron las consultas de adolescentes diagnosticados con Trastorno Negativista Desafiante y Trastorno Disocial en el Programa de Psicología Clínica para Adolescentes (Sede Regional Sur, UBA). Numerosas investigaciones epidemiológicas analizan las características de los jóvenes con Trastorno Negativista Desafiante y Trastorno Disocial, así como su aparición, vinculada al contexto familiar de crianza. En nuestro país, estudios actuales en poblaciones vulnerables sostienen la prevalencia de hogares donde la madre es “jefa de familia”. En ellos los adolescentes crecen expuestos a situaciones de violencia y en contextos de inestabilidad de sus vínculos afectivos. Son objetivos de este trabajo: presentar el estado del arte de las investigaciones empíricas referidas a las características psicopatológicas y psicodinámicas de madres con hijos con diagnóstico de Trastorno Negativista Desafiante o Disocial; y delimitar fundamentos psicoanalíticos que facilitarán el conocimiento de la influencia de las características maternas en el desarrollo de estas patologías adolescentes. At the same time, we noted an increase of the consultations at Clinical Psychology Department (UBA. South Regional Office: Avellaneda) by adolescents diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorder. Numerous epidemiological studies provide information about the characteristics of adolescents with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorder, and the appearance of these Disorder related to the particularities of the family context of parenting. In our country, current research suggests the prevalence of households where the mother is “head of family” in vulnerable populations. In this environment, the teenagers are exposed to violence situations and growing inestability context with their closest ties. Objectives of this work: to present the stat of the art of empirical studies in to psychopathological and psychodynamic characteristics of mothers with children diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder or Dissocial Disorder; and delimit psychoanalytic fundament to facilitate the understanding of the influence of maternal characteristics in the development of these adolescents pathologies.
