En un contexto de creciente profesionalización de la docencia universitaria, donde el peso de la investigación en su ejercicio es central, este proyecto se propone estudiar la inclusión del Management en la organización del trabajo académico y sus consecuencias en la subjetividad de los docentes-investigadores de tiempo completo; la aceptación o resistencia individual y colectiva de las reglas de la organización del trabajo, las reformulaciones o modulaciones de las mismas en el proceso de trabajo real, así como las formas de malestar que registran. En este artículo presentamos los ejes que permiten recortar el problema a investigar, el cual forma parte de una investigación que recién se inicia dentro del Programa de Salud y Trabajo de la Universidad Nacional de Lanús.
