ABSTRACT
ENTERPRISE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PRACTICES FROM A LECTURE OF POWER The main objective of this study was to investigate about Enterprise Social Responsibility practices from a lecture of power in three Colombian multinational companies, using as an instrument deep semi structured interviews with a guide of topics that was applied to the people in charge of social responsibility programs in the companies mentioned. From the speech analysis was possible to identify interpretative repertoires presented in a matrix analysis, whose later analysis, let us read the Social Responsibility as a “fashion” of fulfillment for the organizations with concrete profit indicators. Mentioned “fashion” arises as a product of integration of programs and previous speeches related to industrial security, human rights and well-being. As well, this program essentially leans on “charitable” acts, contributing with the community from common places and even more, getting to replace the State in some of its responsibilities with the aim of propping up the necessary social base for the sustainability of the same organizations. Therefore, Social Responsibility turns out to be instituting from new models of subjects and socially responsible organizations.
