El propósito de este trabajo es exponer algunos resultados de la aplicación de un dispositivo, diseñado a partir de una investigación sobre los factores que perturban o facilitan los procesos psico-educativos, que se desarrolló en el marco de una Beca Orientada (Programación UBACYT 1999-2000). Se analizan producciones gráficas de niños que concurren al 4º año de la EGB de escuelas estatales de un municipio del segundo cordón del conurbano bonaerense, realizadas durante una actividad focalizada en la promoción de sus derechos. El dispositivo utilizado permite observar las interacciones presentes en el aula, punto de partida para establecer acciones que favorezcan la apropiación de los conocimientos que se pretenden transmitir, propiciando la participación activa de los niños en esa tarea. Resumen en Inglés The purpose of this paper is to communicate some of the results obtained from the application of a device, designed after an investigation about the factors that can disturb or improve psycho-educational processes, which was developed within the setting of an Oriented Scholarship (1999-2000 UBACYT Programme). We analyse the drawings produced by children who attend the 4th year of EGB (Basic and General Teaching) in State Schools of a Municipality that belongs to the second circle of the Great Buenos Aires, performed during an activity focused on the promotion of their rights. The device used for this investigation allows us to observe the interactions which are present in the classroom, being this the starting point to establish actions that favour the appropriation of the knowledge that one pretends to transmit, stimulating the active participation of the children in that task.
