La reforma clínica y educativa debería fundarse en un conocimiento acabado de los cambios que se producen en la adolescencia. Existe una notoria discrepancia entre el ideal del adolescente y la realidad histórica-socio-económica y cultura actual. La interrelación entre los adolescentes y el contexto a través de distintas épocas muestra que persiste el desconocimiento por parte de los adultos de los intereses de aquellos y esto produce efectos. Uno de los objetivos centrales del adolescente es lograr “su nueva identidad” para insertarse en el mundo y los modelos de identificación tienen un papel preponderante en ese proceso. La información parcializada y el desconocimiento en todos estos aspectos sumados a la falta de interlocutores válidos llevan a cometer el error de propiciar la patología. El objetivo central de esta investigación es obtener información cuantitativa y cualitativa para captar con la mayor profundidad posible el problema y aplicar criterios de intervención que permitan un abordaje del trabajo con adolescentes e insertarlos en un mundo cambiante. Encontrar nuevas formas de intervención desde las instituciones educativas reduciría los riesgos existentes y permitirían promover la salud. Resumen en Inglés Clinical and educational reform changes should be based on a complete knowledge of the changes undergone during Adolescence. There exists a noticeable discrepancy between the ideal model of adolescence and the present social cultural reality. This relationship between Adolescents and their historical-social-economic and cultural context throughout different times shows the adults a lock of knowledge on adolescent’s interests. The main objective: One of the clinical and education objectives must to provide values which would that match more suitably at the present context and they should promote an ethics which adolescents could find their place. Our main purpose is to obtain quantitative and qualitative information that will allow us to approach our work with Adolescents to be able to improve our clinical and educational quality and insert adolescents in a changing world. To find new forms of interventions from the educational institutions will reduce the existents risks and will promote the health of the adolescents.
