Con este proyecto se pretende abrir a la reflexión científica el impacto que han tenido sobre los pacientes esquizofrénicos los procesos de desinstitucionalización, el estudio de las necesidades de estos pacientes y sus familias, los niveles de calidad médica de las nuevas modalidades de atención, los resultados sobre la evolución de estos enfermos. Como así también analizar la adecuación de la formación de los Psicólogos a este nuevo contexto y a las nuevas propuestas de atención, donde la comunidad, de la que se prescindía en los abordajes psiquiátricos tradicionales, se ha convertido en un soporte fundamental para las nuevas modalidades de atención. En el poster se incluirán objetivos, metodología de trabajo, resultados parciales y transferencia al medio. Resumen en Inglés It is the aim of this project to start a scientific reflection about the impact, on schizophrenic patients, of the processes of disinstitutionalization, the study of the needs of the patients and thier families', the medical quality levels of the new ways of attention, the results related to the evolution of the patients. In the same way so as to analize the accuracy of the conformation of the psycologists to this new context and to the new attention proposals where community, which has been set aside from the traditional psychiatric approaches, has become a pillar for the new ways of the attention.
