Objetivos: Disminuir el riesgo que implica el actuar profesional de los integrantes del Equipo Psicopedagógico Social en situaciones que demandan de su compromiso tanto intelectual como emocional, al brindarles un espacio para la psicoprofilaxis del rol. Metodología: Se trabajó con 26 profesionales de Equipos de Orientación Escolar de escuelas de Mar del Plata. Al inicio de los encuentros se aplicó una encuesta de opinión inicial y al finalizar el mismo, una de opinión final. Resultados: A través de las encuestas iniciales y finales aplicadas, pudimos dar cuenta de los cambios de actitud producidos en los participantes, preparándolos para dar respuesta a los diversos emergentes a través de intervenciones psicoeducativas más innovadoras. Resumen en Inglés Objectives: Reduce the risk that implies the professional act of the members of the Social Psycho-pedagogical Team in situations that demand their commitment not only intellectual but emotional as well, providing them with a space towards the psycho-prophylaxis of the role. Methodology: We work with 26 professionals of the School Orientation Teams from schools in Mar del Plata. At the beginning of the meetings, they fulfilled an opinion inquiry and at the end of them, another one of final opinion. Results: Throughout the inquiries, both the initial and final taken, we could realise of the attitude’s changes that took place in the participants, preparing them to reply to the many and diverge emergent through new innovative psycho-educative interventions.
