Resumen. El objetivo es presentar enfoque metodológico y apertura de un proceso de autoevaluación educativa centrado en la reflexión sobre prácticas de gestión de conocimientos, mediadas entre diversos actores sociales, con las que se constituye y transforma un dispositivo pedagógico: las Prácticas Profesionales y de Investigación. La implicación de personas y grupos en la investigación evaluativa, internalista, es condición para la gestión de mejoras y transformaciones. Se desarrollan lineamientos en la recolección de datos y primer nivel de procesamiento y análisis. Se presentan indicadores relativos al tema seleccionado: trabajos escritos de los alumnos. El espacio de Prácticas resulta un analizador de la relación de la población en proceso de profesionalización con la institución formativa. Resumen en Inglés Abstract. The aim is to present methodological framework and the opening of a process of educational self-evaluation, focused in the reflection on the mediated actions in the construction of knowledge between different social actors. Through those acts, an institutional device has been constituted and has been changing all time : Professional and Research Apprenticeship. Involving of the people and the groups in evaluative research, and internalist profile, is a condition for improvement and changes.
