El trabajo presenta las conclusiones preliminares del proyecto de investigación UBACYT P811”Inhibición Psicológica y su relación con la transgresión en adolescentes en conflicto con la Ley”. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar y describir la relación de las conductas transgresoras de los adolescentes en conflicto con la Ley Penal, partiendo de la hipótesis que las mismas tendrían como antecedentes severas deficiencias en el vínculo de apego. La muestra está compuesta por dos grupos. El primero está conformado por 200 jóvenes, alojados en instituciones de régimen cerrado de la C.A.B.A. que han transgredido la ley penal. El segundo está formado por 20 profesionales que desarrollan su actividad en dichas instituciones. La muestra de profesionales señala como indicadores más sobresalientes respecto de la población de jóvenes: tendencia al aislamiento social, dificultades al momento de prestar ayuda y una marcada tendencia a no establecer relaciones afectivas estables y vínculos de confianza. De la muestra de jóvenes se realizó un análisis correlacional a los fines de determinar el grado de correlación existente entre las variables Apego y el Cuestionario de Conducta Antisocial (CC-A), observándose correlación significativa entre las escalas Agresividad y Retraimiento del Cuestionario CC-A y Estilo de Apego evitativo y ansioso. The paper presents the preliminary findings of the research project UBACYT P811 “psychological inhibition and its relation to the transgression in adolescents in conflict with the law.” This study aims to analyze and describe the relationship of the offending behaviors of adolescents in conflict with the Penal Law, on the assumption that they would have the background serious shortcomings in the attachment bond. The sample comprised two groups. The first is made up of 200 young people housed in closed institutions of CABA who have violated criminal law. The second consists of 20 professionals who work in those institutions. The sample of professionals salient points as indicators for the stock of young people: a tendency to social isolation, difficulties at the time of giving assistance and a marked tendency not to establish attachment relationships and bonds of trust. Of the sample of young correlational analysis was performed for the purpose of determining the degree of correlation between variables Addiction and Antisocial Behavior Questionnaire (CC-A), showing significant correlation between the scales of Aggression and Withdrawal Questionnaire CC-A and avoidant attachment style and anxious.
