Uno de los problemas centrales del campo de la investigación sobre la eficacia de los procesos psicoterapéuticos es hacer accesible el material clínico a la comunidad científica, preservando a su vez, la confidencialidad del paciente y del terapeuta. Existen numerosas colecciones de material clínico proveniente de tratamientos psicoterapéuticos, sin embargo, gran parte de este material se halla sin procesar ni analizar, más allá de algunas tareas relacionadas con la extracción de viñetas de material clínico para exposición. Actualmente, no existen en nuestro país los medios técnicos y organizacionales para gestar una biblioteca clínica de esta naturaleza. Para poder desarrollar un sistema de esta naturaleza es necesario tener en cuenta aspectos relacionados con lo clínico, lo técnico, lo organizacional y lo ético legal. Los objetivos generales de este proyecto son: - Identificar, desarrollar y sistematizar los procedimientos, técnicas y métodos necesarios para construir una biblioteca de datos clínicos que posibilité tanto la recopilación y preservación de material clínico, como la posibilidad de acceso al mismo por parte la comunidad científica. - Preparar un informe, basado en la información previamente mencionada, que permita generar los estándares necesarios para el montaje de una biblioteca clínica general. There are numerous collections of clinical material coming from psychotherapeutic treatments. A considerable amount of this material is yet unprocessed and unanalyzed. There are researchers that have the skills, the time and motivation, but who often find it impossible to accede to the clinical information required. At the moment the technical and organizational means needed to create a general clinical library are not available in our country; while in some countries around the world the development of this type of database is incipient. To develop a system of this nature it is necessary to take into account related clinical, technical, organizational and ethical aspects. The general aims of this project are to: - Identify and develop the procedures, techniques and methods necessary to build a clinical database library that enables compilation and preservation of clinical material as well as its access by the scientific community. - To prepare a report based on the information obtained, in order to generate the basic standards for the generation of a clinical library.
