El propósito de este trabajo es presentar un proyecto de investigación, titulado: “Salud mental y responsabilidad de los padres en instituciones formadoras de subjetividad”, como continuidad del anterior Salud mental. Maternidad e infancia (CIUNT). En esta etapa nos encontramos abocados a profundizar el desarrollo teórico, para posibilitar la interpretación de los fenómenos observados. El proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivos: Generales: 1 - Investigar como incide en las familias tucumanas, el quiebre de las instituciones formadoras de subjetividad. 2 - Investigar las relaciones entre la responsabilidad de los padres y la calidad de vida de las familias tucumanas. Específicos: Investigar la relación entre: 1-La anomia de los padres y la educación de los hijos 2-La anomia de los padres y del sistema de servicios públicos de salud, en el área materno infantil 3-Responsabilidad de los padres en planificación familiar y calidad de vida. 4-Información acerca de salud reproductiva, participación social y calidad de vida de los miembros de la familia. 5- Anomia de los padres y la atención de la salud de la familia. Los problemas que afronta hoy la sociedad tucumana: niños de la calle, delincuencia juvenil, embarazo no deseado, desnutrición infantil, niños con discapacidad, violencia, nos llevaron a reflexionar acerca de la fragilidad que padecen.
