El tema de esta investigación se centra en la subjetividad del docente. El objetivo fundamental es, comprender los aspectos subjetivos presentes en todo proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje mediante el análisis del discurso del docente de EGB 1 y 2, tomando como eje el texto de las entrevistas y entrecruzándolo con el texto de las clases observadas. Debido a la complejidad del fenómeno, hay una amplitud de disciplinas que lo estudian, por lo que se hizo necesario seleccionar para este trabajo, los principios de tres campos teóricos, el Psicoanálisis, la Semiología de Barthes y la Lingüística de la enunciación. La metodología utilizada se encuadra dentro de un enfoque cualitativo. El corpus está constituido por el discurso oral de diez maestros de una escuela estatal.Apartir del análisis de dicho discurso, se pudieron inferir los aspectos que inciden en el posicionamiento subjetivo del docente y que se derivan de su historia de vida familiar y escolar, así como por ejemplo, el tipo de elección de carrera, el deseo de enseñar, las experiencias escolares infantiles y la fantasmática de formación. A partir de esta investigación, se intenta realizar un aporte dirigido al mejoramiento de la práctica y de la formación docente. Palabras Clave discurso, subjetividad, docente, análisis Abstract SUBJECTIVE ASPECTS OF THE SPEECH OF THE TEACHER EGB 1 AND 2 IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CLASSROOM The theme of this investigations relate of the subjectivity of the teacher. The fundamental object is to know the subjective present aspects in every process of teaching an apprenticeship throught of the analysis of the teacher’s speech of EGB 1 and 2, considering as main point the text of the interviews and intercrossing with the text of the interviews and intercrossing with the text of the observered classes. On account of the compleex phenomenon, there are many disciplines that study it, so it is necessary to select structures, the psychoanalysis, the Barthe’Semilogy and the Linguistics of the enynciation. From the analysis of this speech we can ifer the aspects that to fall in the subjective lacement of the teacher and that derive of its history of familiar and scholastic life, so for example, the type of profession´s choice, the wish to teach, the scholastic infantile experiences and the phatasmagoric formation, from this investigation, we try to do a contribution directed to improvement of the practice and the teacher’s formation.
