Desarrollamos la estrategia “Programa de Intervención”, en docentes y alumnos universitarios. Los docentes reciben entrenamiento en el Programa para retransmitirlo a sus alumnos. Investigación de las variables: A) Constitución grupos experimental y control (profesores y estudiantes) B) Diseño y construcción del instrumento experimental (alumnos), pretest y postest C) Investigación de las variables docente y alumno D) Metodología de intervención E) Estrategia “Programa de intervención (Planificación, Intervención y Evaluación). Actividades aplicadas al mejoramiento de una práctica educativa. Desarrolla rol activo en el diseño y desarrollo del Programa. La planificación, consiste en el diseño del Programa y la organización de su desarrollo. Luego se aplica y se evalúa. F) Evaluación: a) Diagnóstico; b) Evaluación; c) Post evaluación. Modelos cualitativos. CLASE PARA INVESTIGACION Modelos de intervención aúlica, donde los alumnos participan activamente aplicando pensamiento creativo, mientras cumplen los requisitos universitarios. La experiencia permite evaluar modelos cualitativos de intervención facilitadores del desarrollo de estrategias de pensamiento creativo en la adquisición de conocimientos. Posteriores Grupos de reflexión señalaron la necesidad de metodologías dinámicas. Se observó compromiso y conexión estructural, integrar el nuevo conocimiento con los anteriores. Aunque quedan por revisar otros aspectos, señalamos que modelos como el investigado resultarán útiles en el campo educativo. We developed the strategy “Program of Intervention”, in university students.The Professors receive training in them, to relay it to their students. The experience allows to evaluate qualitative models of intervention in the development of CreativeThought Strategies in the adquisition of the knowledge. Groups of Reflection indicated too the necessity of dynamic methodologies. It was observed commitment and structural connection, to integrate the new knowledge with the previous ones.Although we need to review other aspects, we can indicate that models as the investigated one will be useful in the educational environment.
