El propósito del trabajo es “Identificar y analizar el impacto educativo y psicosocial del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, durante la formación de psicólogos, en espacios curriculares innovadores”. Se desarrollará en el contexto del Proyecto Institucional “Laboratorios de docencia e investigación con impacto social” de la Facultad de Psicología de la UNT. Allí se realizó un concurso de proyectos integrales mediados por la articulación de las funciones de docencia, investigación y extensión. Se organizan desde problemas de la realidad, como motores para repensar prácticas profesionales y modelos teóricos, posibilitando la construcción de conocimientos y herramientas “que funcionen”, desde una implicación crítica y reflexiva, para favorecer el desarrollo de la disciplina y hacer frente a las demandas de la sociedad. Reviste gran importancia el estudio de las condiciones de estos espacios curriculares innovadores, como también de las modalidades de apropiación y construcción de conocimientos. Los resultados tendrán transferencia inmediata y diferida. El primer efecto será en los grupos de trabajo objeto de investigación y un diferido a la comisión curricular. Palabras Clave innovación, capacitación, socialización, prácticas Abstract THE FORMATION OF THE PSYCHOLOGIST CHANGE TO NEEDS The findings in previous studies have allowed the investigation tean to detect different problems in the formation of the Psychologist, manily tose referred to students demands for the need of diversity in theoretical studies and the inclusión of more tieme for practice. Thus, it seemed convenient to continue with the theme and contextualize the proposal in the institutional project “Laboratories of Teaching and Investigation with Social Impact” in the Faculty of Psychology of the UNT. In this context of projects for the design and execution of curricular spaces was held, aiming at the integral and innovative formation of psychologists, articulated with the different functions of teaching, investigation and extension. The criteria for the projects is critical and reflexive-oriented, with the double aim of favouring the development of the discipline and facing the concrete demands of society. Our purpose is to investigate the process of teachinglearning that is produced in these innovative curricular spaces from the complexity of its dynamic, identifying phenomena and social representations from which action is organized. The ways for work arousing from each project will be characterized in order to solve the tension between theory and practice, as between discipline and profession.
