Este artículo presenta similitudes y divergencias en el proceso psicohistórico y político de apropiación de la fuente de trabajo en dos empresas de artes gráficas recuperadas por sus trabajadores en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Los aspectos divergentes respecto de la circulación del poder, la relación con la comunidad, el tipo de clientes, las nuevas identidades y la historia vivida hasta la constitución de las cooperativas configuran organizaciones, intersubjetividades y subjetividades con perfiles diferentes. En los distintos niveles, es decir, en cada uno, entre ellos, con los otros, con el conjunto más amplio constituido por el Movimiento Nacional de Empresas Recuperadas y con otros colectivos que ofrecen resistencia frente a un orden injusto, realizan permanentes contribuciones para sostener la diversidad conjunta. Palabras Clave apropiación trabajo diversidad convergencia Abstract PSYCHOSOCIAL AND COMPARATIVE STUDY IN TWO DIFFERENT ENTERPRISES RECOVERED BY THEIR WORKERS IN THE CITY OF BUENOS AIRES This article presents similarities and divergences during the psycho-historical and political process in which two different enterprises, in the city of Buenos Aires, were recovered by their workers. The divergences are placed regarding the circulation of power, the relation in the community, the kind of customers, the new identities and the experience up to the moment the cooperatives were constituted. Organizations, intersubjectivities and subjectivities with different profiles have been configured. They offer resistance facing injustice in the different levels, in each one and between them, being part of a more wide movement which is the National Movement of Recovered Enterprises and other collective movements. They are making permanent contributions to maintain the whole and the diversity. Key words Appropriation work diversity
