Las limitaciones y prohibiciones que condicionaron el ejercicio profesional de los psicólogos desde la creación de la Carrera hasta 1985, no impidieron el aprendizaje del psicoanálisis ni la elección, por parte de muchos de ellos, de las prácticas psicoanalíticas como estrategia terapéutica. ¿Cómo y dónde se formaron?, ¿Quiénes contribuyeron a esa formación?. Para esta reconstrucción histórica se tienen en cuenta documentos, testimonios y eventos significativos. El objetivo de este trabajo es considerar algunos espacios de difusión del saber psicoanalítico y prácticas asociadas durante la primera década de la Carrera de Psicología en la Universidad de Buenos Aires (1957-1967), en especial aquellos vinculados con “Amigos de APA” y con Asociaciones y Escuelas de formación con orientación psicoanalítica que se crearon durante ese período. Son conocidos como “Amigos de APA” un grupo de personas interesadas en aprender y en contribuir a la difusión del psicoanálisis. Este grupo de amigos está reconocido desde el estatuto de constitución de la Asociación Psicoanalítica Argentina (APA) en 1942 y funcionó ininterrumpidamente hasta 1967, retomando su actividad en 1979 hasta la actualidad. Se considera que tuvieron un fuerte impacto en la difusión del pensamiento psicoanalítico. What is known as “Friends ofAPA” is a group of people interested in knowing and contributing to the diffusion of psychoanalysis. This group of friends is recognized in the statute of constitution of the Argentinean Psychoanalytic Association (APA) in 1942 and worked uninterruptedly to 1967, retaking its activity in 1979 to the present time.
