El presente trabajo se inscribe en el Proyecto de Investigación: “El psicólogo en el contexto escolar: relaciones entre formación y práctica profesional”. (Programa de Incentivos, UNLP, 2010-2011). La investigación se propone profundizar el conocimiento sobre las prácticas profesionales de los psicólogos en el ámbito escolar identificando los saberes que se juegan en esas prácticas, así como las instancias del desarrollo profesional en las que se construyeron. En esta ponencia nos centraremos en el análisis de las prácticas de un grupo de Licenciadas en Psicología que integran la muestra de esta investigación y se desempeñan como orientadoras educacionales en Equipos Interdisciplinarios Distritales (EIDs). Estos equipos surgieron con el propósito de atender problemáticas nombradas como “situaciones de alta complejidad” que se alejan de las tradicionalmente abordadas por la escuela. El análisis del conocimiento profesional que estas psicólogas despliegan posibilita delimitar la práctica profesional en dichas situaciones. Ello supone la integración de saberes de diferente índole así como la creación de algo nuevo. Asimismo permite interpelar los conocimientos construidos en la formación de grado en tanto parece tornarse insuficiente para afrontar/resolver las problemáticas que propone el entramado del contexto socio histórico actual. Palabras clave Psicólogo Conocimiento Profesional Prácticas ABSTRACT PSYCHOLOGIST’S PRACTICES IN THE EDUCATIONAL FIELD: ANALYSIS OF THE PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE IN “HIGH COMPLEX SITUATIONS” The present report registers in the investigation project called: The Psychologist inside the educational context: the relations between formation and professional practices. (Incentives Program, UNLP 2010-2011). The investigation intends to go deeply into the knowledge of the psychologist’s professional practices in the educational field and to identify the one that appears in those practices, as well as the instances of the professional development in which was built. In this report we will center in the analysis of practices belonged to a group of Graduates in Psychology that integrate the sample of this investigation and work as educational advisers into Interdisciplinary District Teams (EIDs). These teams were created to assist problems named as “high complexity situations” that move away from those that were traditionally approached by the school. The analysis of the professional knowledge deployed by these psychologists facilitates to define the professional practice in these situations. It supposes the integration of knowledge of different nature as well as the creation of something new. The analysis also allows us to review the knowledge built in the grade formation as long as it seems not enough to face/solve the problems that are proposed by the nowadays social historical context.
