O artigo desenvolvido tem como objetivo compreender como se dá a formação e o perfil do professor, analisar a complexidade da legislação brasileira na área educacional e verificar o comportamento do docente frente há uma turbulência de situações emergenciais no cotidiano escolar. A questão central é: como é o comportamento do docente na práxis perante a política de formação e as constantes mudanças num mundo globalizado? Este estudo posiciona estratégias de um novo profissional no mundo globalizado e também é o resultado de leituras dentro da realidade de ensino. Assim, a parte teórica analisa aspectos relativos á profissionalização do professor e o seu comportamento diante diversas dificuldades educacionais. Quanto à pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa com características quantitativas, baseia-se em entrevistas com alguns professores da rede pública do Estado de São Paulo. Palabras clave Professor Legislação Prática Transformação ABSTRACT A HISTORY OF TEACHER EDUCATION AND LDB 9394/96: PROSPECTS AND SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSEQUENCES The purpose of this article is to understand how is the formation and teacher profiles, analyzing the complexity of the Brazilian legislation on education, and verify the behavior of the teacher with the turbulence of emergency situations in school life. The principal question is: how is the behavior of teachers in praxis with the formation’s politic and the constant changes in a globalized world? This study presents the strategies to the new professional in a globalized world and is also the result of readings within the reality of teaching. Therefore, the theoretical part is focused on teacher professionalization and their behavior on various educational difficulties. This research, qualitative with quantitative character, is based on interviews with some teachers who work in public schools in state of São Paulo.
