O presente artigo apresenta uma revisão de literatura sobre “A Afetividade em Professores do Ensino Superior no Processo de EnsinoAprendizagem”.Afetividade neste artigo refere-se aos conceitos direcionados a Educação e a Psicologia. Estes conceitos referentes à afetividade e as emoções podem remeter a uma mesma definição; mas ao nos aprofundarmos em seus significados é possível esclarecer que a afetividade é um conjunto de fenômeno psíquico sobre as formas de emoção. A afetividade cumpre uma função decisiva na vida do sujeito e forma uma união na relação professor-aluno no campo da qual educar é colaborar com o aluno para tomar consciência de si mesmo, dos outros e da sociedade em que vive. Para o levantamento bibliográfico, buscaram-se artigos no Google Acadêmico entre 2000 e 2016 e livros de base a partir de 1982. Foram selecionados diversos artigos e textos relevantes para contribuir com a pesquisa. Os resultados indicam que para que o professor possa ter um êxito em seus objetivos, a relação afetiva com seus alunos deve estar presente em sua atuação, e para isso é necessário que ele tenha facilidade de relacionamento e gostar da sua profissão. Neste sentido, torna-se relevante o estudo de afetividade. Palabras clave Afetividade, Ensino Superior, Ensino-Aprendizagem ABSTRACT AFFECTIVENESS IN TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS This article presents a literature review on “Affectivity in Teachers of Higher Education in the Teaching-Learning Process”. Affectivity in this article refers to concepts directed to Education and Psychology. These concepts regarding affectivity and emotions can refer to the same definition; But as we delve into their meanings it is possible to clarify that affectivity is a set of psychic phenomena on the forms of emotion.The affectivity plays a decisive role in the life of the subject and forms a union in the teacher-student relationship in the field in which to educate is to collaborate with the student to become aware of himself, of the others and of the society in which he lives. For the bibliographical survey, articles were searched in Google Academic between 2000 and 2016 and basic books from 1982. Several articles and relevant texts were selected to contribute to the research. The results indicate that in order for the teacher to be successful in his / her goals, the affective relationship with his / her students must be present in his / her performance, and for this it is necessary that he / she has an easy relationship and enjoy his / her profession.
