Como acreditamos que a comunicação e a linguagem são instrumentos significativos nas ações educativas, propomos para minimizar os conflitos entre escola e família, uma metodologia de pesquisa que implica na criação de um espaço conversacional, visando conhecer e compreender os significados que serão apresentados por pais e professores de crianças que estudam no 1º e 2º ano do ensino fundamental de numa instituição particular de ensino, a partir do que relatam sobre a educação escolar do filho/ aluno. Baseamo-nos no novo paradigma sistêmico, representado por Vasconcellos, na teoria da complexidade defendida por Morin e nas idéias de Maturana, ao afirmar ser o conhecimento construído por meio de relações emocionadas que se darão nos exercícios da conversa. Pretendemos fazer compreender que conversar na escola possibilita a aproximação desses dois sistemas interdependentes: família e escola com uma proposta que foi aceita como positiva pelos pais e professores. Quando a escola cumpre a missão de transmitir valores essenciais por meio das funções do professor , ela acaba por educar também aos pais. Dessa forma, a ação educativa da escola amplia seus tentáculos atingindo a família do aluno e seu meio social. Palabras Clave Família; escola; comunicação. Abstract THE CONVERSACIONAL SPACE BETWEEN FAMILY AND SCHOOL As we believe that the communication and the speech are significant instruments in the educational actions, we propose , in order to minimize the conflicts between school and family, a methodology of research which involves the creation of a conversational space, aiming to know and to understand the meanings that will be presented by parents and teachers of students who study in the first and second grade of primary school in a private educational institute , from what they tell us about the school education of their son/student .We are in the new systemic paradigm, represented by Vasconcellos, complexity theory advocated by Morin and the ideas of Maturana, claiming to be the knowledge built through relationships thrilled that give in exercises of the conversation. We intend to make understood that having a conversation at school makes possible the approaching of this two interdependent systems : family and school, accepted as a positive proposal by parents and teachers. When a school does its duty of transmitting essential values as one of the functions of the educator, it ends up by educating the parents as well. This way, the school’s educational action extends its tentacles reaching the student’s family and its social environment. Key Words Family ; school; communication
