This essay closes the series of 12 published by the American Anthropological Association from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015 portraying different issues in regards to social solidarity economies and practices in Latin America. The essay is built as a dialogue with expert Pablo Imen, from the Cultural Center for Cooperation in Argentina, and highlights the issues under debate nowadays.
