Resumen: Desde la experiencia de Edith Stein y Etty Hillesum se presenta un acercamiento a la mística como restauración de ‘lo humano’. El patrimonio humano, intelectual y espiritual de estas dos mujeres del siglo XX permite que se emprenda un itinerario a través de las profundidades del ser humano con el propósito de rastrear lo universalmente humano: las razones humanas de la mística y las raíces místicas de lo humano. Edith Stein y Etty Hillesum, una mística cristiana y una mística ‘atípica’, se presentan aquí como buscadoras de verdad, investigadoras del misterio, testigos espirituales. Este es un estudio comparativo que deviene sugerente y motivador, al tratarse de dos paradigmas místicos en los que afloran bases notables en la construcción del diálogo y el encuentro interreligioso y meta-confesional. The human, intellectual and spiritual heritage of these two women of the 20th century allows an itinerary to be undertaken if through the depths of the human being in order to trace the universally human: the human reasons of mysticism and the mystical roots of the human. Edith Stein and Etty Hillesum, a christian mystic and an ‘atypical’ mystic, present themselves here as truth seekers, mystery researchers, spiritual witnesses. This is a comparative study that becomes suggestive and motivating, as these are two mystical paradigms in which notable bases emerge in the construction of interreligious and meta-confessional dialogue and encounter.
