Resumen
The study seeks to analyze the configurations and new forms adopted by the state and society in the preamble of 21st century. Two structures within two projects in the same direction: globalization and postmodernity. The scope shows that on the world scene, the expansion of anonymous forces from a strictly globalize corpus has made that increase inequalities, social protests, the harming of rights, questioning of treaties and loss of geo-cultural identities. The threat increases, if to the latter is added, climatic calamities, wars, terrorism, poverty, violence and planetary insecurity, creation of nuclear weapons or biochemistry, etc. Under these lines, the vulnerability of society before the God-Market, it has made the vast majority assume behaviors of irresponsible consumption, and that life itself, mercantile and have an offer price. Furthermore, the fragility of government States and institutions has led them to their lands being desecrated by colossal machineries associated with extractive capitalism and other derivatives. The range is wide, and detect the problem and the response commits everybody.
