Resumen
In Argentina, the introduction of personal computers in the secondary school is a promise to change the pedagogical proposals, the roles and interactions in the classroom. As well as in other countries, the model 1:1 has meant the progressive and massive delivery of netbooks to teachers and students. In the recent past, the schools have had little access to new technologies and the teaching practices have been quite traditional. This work focuses on the contents developed by experts from the ministry of education for personal computers, also available online at the website of the government program "Connect - Equality" (2010). The stated purpose of the resources from the "student´s desktop" and "teacher´s desktop" is to improve the classes with the incorporation of fun activities in all the school subjects. Of particular interest are those games, videos and materials for the teaching of history that allow the development of empathy among other capabilities.
