Se priorizó en este caso el problema de la comunicación entendiendo que correlacionar educación con la comunicación ayudaría a obtener una comprensión más amplia de los procesos educativos. Constituyendo el objetivo general de esta investigación:" Conocer las distintas representaciones de los alumnos del Profesorado en Artes Visuales sobre comunicación en el aula. " El estudio, se realizó en el profesorado de Artes Visuales del IFD Nº 4 de la ciudad de Jujuy, entre los años 2001 y 2003.Se utilizó una estrategia de investigación cualitativa y como instrumento de indagación se implementó una técnica mixta que combina elementos del taller reflexivo (Achilli,) y de las técnicas proyectivas.. Durante el desarrollo de la investigación, se llevó a cabo un taller con cada grupo el muestreo fue intencional con los siguientes grupos de alumnos: · Un grupo de alumnos de cuarto año del profesorado en Artes Manuales y Decorativas. · Tres grupos de alumnos de primer año del Profesorado en Artes Visuales. Todos los grupos eran mixtos y heterogéneos en cuanto a intereses, expectativas y formación previa. Las categorías de análisis privilegiadas que surgieron de los talleres fueron: Comunicación intragrupal e Incomunicación intergrupal. Relación docente – alumno.
