Se presentan resultados preliminares acerca de la construcción de un instrumento destinado a facilitar la evaluación de la capacidad de contención emocional de educadores. Forma parte de un estudio exploratorio enmarcado en el proyecto UBACyT P415 (Programación2008-2010). El objetivo del instrumento es promover observaciones de educadores con un propósito múltiple: a) recabar información sistematizada sobre los niños consultantes; b) conocer dificultades y necesidades de los educadores en el desempeño de su labor específica; c) diseñar intervenciones interinstitucionales con la comunidad escolar. En este trabajo se efectúa un estudio acerca de las observaciones efectuadas en la aplicación del instrumento, por educadores de establecimientos educativos del conurbano bonaerense y por psicólogos integrantes de un Servicio asistencial con base comunitaria, dependiente de la cátedra sede del proyecto de investigación. Se explicitan los primeros avances de la evaluación de la etapa de aplicación a una muestra piloto. La aplicación del instrumento resultó de utilidad para la comunicación interinstitucional entre un Servicio de asistencia psicológica a niños/as en condiciones de extrema vulnerabilidad psicosocial y los establecimientos educativos con el fin de sostener la sinergia necesaria entre ambos espacios implicados en el desarrollo psico-educativo de los niños/as. Palabras clave Contención emocional Docentes Niños Observación ABSTRACT EDUCATORS AND PSYCHOLOGISTS´S OBSERVATIONS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTERINSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATING TOOL In this paper we present the preliminary results about the construction of a tool intended to facilitate the evaluation of the emotional holding ability of educators. It is part of an explanatory study included in the UBACYT Project P:415 (2008-2010 Programming). The aim of this instrument is to promote the observation of educators with a multiple purpose: a) To obtain systematized information of the consulting children; b) To know the difficulties and necessities of educators in the development of their specific work; c) To design interinstitutional interventions with the school community. This paper carries out a study of the observations made in the implementation of the tool carried out by educators of educational establishments of the outskirts of Buenos Aires and by psychologists, who are members of a Welfare community-based Service, dependent of the chair in charge of the research project. It also readily communicates the first advances of the evaluation of the implementation stage to a pilot sample. The application of the instrument proved to be useful for the interinstitutional communication between the Psychological Assistance Service to children in extreme psychosocial vulnerability and educational institutions with the objective of supporting the necessary synergy between both spaces involved in the psycho educative development of the children Key words Emotional Holding Teachers Observation
