El presente trabajo intentará compartir el recorrido realizado por un equipo de docentes y estudiantes avanzadas de la Lic. en Psicopedagogía de la UCSE, que inició en el año 2010 y que continúa, en los campos de la clínica, la docencia y la investigación anclados en el ámbito universitario. Recorrido que permitió la institucionalización de un servicio gratuito para niños y jóvenes en situación de pobreza y con restricciones en sus aprendizajes bajo el nombre de Servicio de Atención Psicopedagógica (SAP). Dicho espacio permitió desplegar y producir nuevas significaciones, prácticas y sentidos ligados al trabajo clínico para responder a las demandas del medio y funcionar como espacio productor de subjetividad y de investigación, en el marco del contexto universitario. En este sentido, es preciso plantear que el proceso de institucionalización del mismo contó, desde sus orígenes, con las tensiones lógicas y los avatares propios de toda actividad innovadora, que permitieron fortalecer los objetivos propuestos e ir redireccionando las acciones para posicionar al Servicio como nexo de articulación entre la universidad y la comunidad.
