El presente escrito se desprende del proyecto de investigación “Las relaciones intersubjetivas en instituciones del nivel medio y su vinculación con la construcción del riesgo educativo”. ” cuyo propósito es contribuir a la comprensión del complejo entramado que participa en generar los altos índices de dificultades, repitencia, y desgranamiento que se registran en la escuela media estatal de nuestro país y particularmente de la Provincia de Neuquén. Este fenómeno suele ser asociado a situaciones de pobreza o diferencias culturales pero cuando es considerado como fenómeno educativo, el foco se asienta en el desencuentro entre los sujetos y la escuela poniendo de manifiesto la responsabilidad pedagógica de la misma en construir condiciones de educabilidad en función de la promoción del desarrollo del sujeto. La preocupación por indagar este objeto de estudio surge de la importancia que tiene el vínculo pedagógico, como una de las condiciones de educabilidad indispensables para el aprendizaje y el desarrollo de la subjetividad del alumno. El presente escrito da cuenta de un recorte específico del análisis - de todos los datos obtenidos para el estudio de esta institución- y que refiere a la caracterización de un Proyecto Educativo Institucional que consideramos crea condiciones de educabilidad para prevenir el riesgo educativo. Concern for investigating this subject arises from the importance that has the link teaching as one of the educability preconditions for learning and the development of the subjectivity of the student.
